How young? like 13 or 18, 21?
For a little kid- I think the best good looking place would be Planet Hollywood because it is right in the middle of everything and downstairs they have the M&M world, and big arcade place called Gameworks, and lots lots more, plus rooms are nice, good places to eat, and overal a nice play to stay. I would say Excalibur, but like previously mentioned by somebody else, it is run-down looking in there. Although I do recomennd you take your kids there so they can play the "carnival" games there. Make sure you take them to Circus Circus to play at Adventuredome (also a run-down place so dont stay there lol)
For a teenager I think a cool place would be at Cesars palace because they have the forum shops and if your teen is into fashion and expensive stores then this is the place (Guess, Abercombie, Dior, Coach, Tiffany & Co, Burberry,,,etc.), plus it is walking distance to the fashion show mall and all these great places to eat, and also in the middle of everything.
